The use of email can also be traced so be careful if discussing any information concerning your abusive situation. If you are unsure if the computer you are using is safe please call our hotline at 1-800-303-0013 or if in Jefferson City 634-4911. If you do need to use a computer it may be possible to use a friend’s or one at the library.

Financial Donations:
Make a financial donation to support our ongoing needs, or in honor of a birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion, or make a memorial donation. Donations may be mailed to RACS, Executive Director, Rape & Abuse Crisis Service, P.O. Box 416, Jefferson City, MO 65102. Questions should be directed to 573.634.8346 ext 6. Checks should be made payable to Rape & Abuse Crisis Service. If your contribution is $100 or more a 50% Missouri State tax credit is available. Special Needs Network
Join our network of supporters who receive our most urgent in-kind needs on a regular basis! There are times when our stock of particular supplies run perilously low, especially when the shelter is full. If you’d like to receive information on these special needs, please email us at racs@racsjc.org.
Cell Phone Donations:
We do accept donations of cell phones and accessories. Some can be used by our clients for emergency 911 calls, while others will be sent off for recycling by a special program set up to benefit domestic violence shelters like RACS.
Volunteer:
We have volunteers who assist us in many ways, including working with donations, getting groceries for the shelter, providing childcare for Parenting Group and Domestic Violence Support Group, and organizing collections of needed supplies for the shelter.
